Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@noku.store by sending a free-form letter stating that you wish to return the item and providing information to identify your order (order number, payer and recipient name, receipt), or by using the return form we provide below . You can send a scanned copy of the completed and signed form to info@noku.store. Or you can send it by mail to:

If the product is canceled after being shipped to the customer, please refuse the delivery and the delivery service will return it to the sender.
Canceled items that have been delivered to the customer must be sent back within 14 days of the cancellation. Please return the goods in a resalable condition, i.e. in their original packaging and clean.
The return of canceled goods must be arranged by the customer and is at the customer's expense. Any customs duties and other charges that may be assessed for international shipments are at the customer's risk and customers are advised to ensure proper packaging and insurance in case of loss or damage during transportation. A service with a dispatch confirmation and delivery confirmation must be used.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the received goods did not match the ordered goods or were damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In this case, the seller will be responsible for the return or replacement costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Any product modifications you wish to make to your order (color, size, shape, etc.) unless offered by the store as product options are considered non-standard or personalized and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you want to exchange an item for another one after receiving it, without the reason that the item is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you need to contact us with a request for a return according to the rules described in the Returns section.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether a refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, the cost of the order (including shipping to the customer and any additional charges that may have been incurred at checkout) will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and send the refund.
