Order processing
Our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified at checkout. You will receive an email within 1 day after your order is shipped to let you know that your order is on its way! It will contain information about the delivery, tracking number, if provided by the carrier company.
Store pickup
We don't have any order pickup points. You can receive your order only with the delivery option.
Delivery cost and terms
We use the services of Ukr Poshta, NovaGlobal, UPS for delivery from a warehouse in Ukraine, or Poczta Polska, the national postal service of Poland (for delivery from a warehouse in Poland) for both local and international delivery.
We use priority air shipment for all our orders. If you would like to use a different carrier or a different shipping rate for your order, you can contact us with this request by email: info@noku.store
The shipping cost is calculated at the time of ordering, or it will be indicated that the shipping cost is not extra.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NOKU and noku.store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Delivery times vary depending on the country of delivery, we rely on the statistical information provided by the carriers. The letter that will notify you of the shipment of your order will contain information about the carrier and the expected delivery time.

Delivery times may vary due to reasons beyond our control, such as customs delays and force majeure that cannot be taken into account in the delivery time.
International delivery is possible:
USA, Canada, EU countries, UK, Australia, New Zealand.

We strictly do not deliver to russia and belarus.
Refund, returns and exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product has not been used and is in its original and we will refund the full price of the order minus shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible
to info@noku.store with your order number and a photo of the item. We
consider such cases on an individual basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
