Delivery time is from 7 - 20 days, depending on the recipient's country.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Canceled items that have been delivered to the customer must be sent back within 14 days of the cancellation. Please return the goods in a resalable condition, i.e. in their original packaging and clean.

The return of canceled goods must be arranged by the customer and is at the customer's expense. Any customs duties and other charges that may be assessed for international shipments are at the customer's risk and customers are advised to ensure proper packaging and insurance in case of loss or damage during transportation.

If you want to exchange an item for another one after receiving it, without the reason that the item is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you need to contact us with a request for a return according to the rules described in the Returns section.
